From 1st of December 2026, Mr Green will stop providing services in New Zealand.
Here's what you need to know:
YOUR ACCOUNT CLOSURE
- Mr Green has made the decision to stop providing services in New Zealand.
- As a result, your account will close on the 1st of December 2026, and you'll no longer be able to use it to place bets or play games.
DATES TO REMEMBER
- 24 November 2026: Deposits stop. You won't be able to add funds to your account.
- 01 December 2026: Account closure. Your account will close and any remaining bonuses will be cancelled.
- 01 March 2027: Online withdrawal deadline. This is the last day to withdraw your remaining funds through the Cashier.
WITHDRAWING YOUR FUNDS
Your funds will remain safe - even after your account closes.
We recommend withdrawing your remaining balance before the 1st of December 2026 until 1st of March 2027 through the Cashier. Here's how:
- Login to your Mr Green account and access the Cashier.
- Request a withdrawal of your remaining balance.
- Check our FAQ page for the withdrawal timeframe of accepted payment methods.
AFTER 01 MARCH 2027:
- Your funds are still safe with us, but you won't be able to withdraw through the Cashier.
- To withdraw your remaining balance, you'll need to contact us.
NOTE: Standard withdrawal rules and any required identity verification checks will continue to apply.
UNUSED BONUSES
- Any active or unused bonuses remaining in your account on the 1st of December 2026 will be cancelled.
OPEN BETS
- Open bets scheduled to settle before your account closes will be settled normally where possible.
- If a qualifying bet cannot be settled before closure, it will be voided in line with the applicable rules.
- The relevant stake will then be returned to your cash balance.
POKER TOURNAMENT ENTRIES
- You won't be able to play poker tournaments after the 1st of December 2026, including tournaments you've already registered for.
- If a tournament takes place after your account closes, you won't receive a refund for an entry you can no longer use because of the closure.
- NOTE: Please check tournament dates before registering.
SELF-EXCLUDED/RESTRICTED ACCOUNTS
- If your account is self-excluded or has an active Safer Gambling restriction, the closure won't change or shorten it.
- You must not register for another account while an applicable exclusion or restriction remains active.
- If you have any remaining cash balance on a self-excluded account, please reach out to our Customer Service Team to withdraw your funds.
- If you need confidential support or guidance, visit the Green Gaming page.
OPEN COMPLAINT, VERIFICATION REVIEW OR INVESTIGATION
- If you have an unresolved complaint, verification review or regulatory investigation, it will continue under the applicable process after services close.
- The closure won't affect your right to receive an outcome or contact us about an outstanding issue.
- Contact us if you need an update or further assistance.
