- As your account is no longer accessible, please contact our Customer Service team through Messaging to arrange the withdrawal of any remaining balance.
- To help us process your withdrawal as quickly as possible, please request it using the same payment method you used for your most recent deposit.
FOR CUSTOMERS IN ALBERTA: Please submit a manual withdrawal request using the withdrawal request form.
YOUR OPEN BETS
- If your bet was on an event that settled before your account was closed, it has already been settled as normal.
- If the event was due to settle after your account was closed, your bet should have been voided and your stake returned to your account.
