Why are you closing the Mr Green UK market?
- Mr Green UK is closing due to a business decision taken by its parent company Evoke.
What happens to my balance?
- The withdrawal function was available until 21st October 2024.
- If you didn't withdraw your balance before this date, you can contact our Customer Services via Live Chat and we can arrange it for you.
How can I withdraw my funds?
- You can reach out to our Customer Services via Live Chat and we can arrange a manual withdrawal for you.
- REMEMBER: When we process your withdrawal, it will be back to the payment method you made your last deposit with.
- Minimum withdrawal amount is £1.00 and no withdrawal fee will be charged.
How will my data be used?
- We have to retain and process your data in accordance with our Privacy Notice below. However, you'll no longer be able to use your account.

Overseas transfer of your information
