Mr Green Finland Migration FAQs - DRAFT

From 18 November, Mr Green Finland will be operated by ComeOn.

You can choose whether to move to the new Mr Green site or close your existing account.

Find out what each option means for your account and funds below.

IF YOU CHOOSE TO MOVE

I don't want to move to the new site. What do I need to do?

• You'll need to close your existing account and withdraw any remaining balance before 18 November.

Can I open an account on the new Mr Green site if I change my mind?

• Yes. If you change your mind, you can open an account on the new Mr Green site at any time.

What happens to my remaining balance?

Your funds will remain secure.

• Until 17 November: You can withdraw your remaining balance from the existing Mr Green site.
• From 18 November: You'll need to use the new Mr Green site to withdraw your funds.

IF YOU CHOOSE NOT TO MOVE

What happens to my account if I choose to stay?

Your account details and balance will automatically transfer to the new Mr Green site.

The next time you visit Mr Green after the move:

1. You'll be redirected to the new Mr Green site.
2. Log in and accept the updated Terms & Conditions.
3. Set your account limits and marketing preferences.
4. Your account details and balance will be available on the new site.

What happens to my remaining balance?

Your balance will automatically transfer to the new Mr Green site, and your funds will remain secure.

If you'd prefer to withdraw your funds:

• Until 17 November: You can withdraw your remaining balance from the existing Mr Green site.
• From 18 November: You'll need to use the new Mr Green site to withdraw your funds.
