WHAT THIS MEANS FOR YOU
- From 13 July 2026, customers who live in Alberta will no longer be able to use our products.
- Until then, you can continue to log in to your account, manage your balance and use our services as normal.
YOUR BALANCE AND WITHDRAWALS
- You can access your account and withdraw your funds until 13 July 2026.
- After this date, you won't be able to log in using your existing account details.
- If you still have funds in your account after 13 July 2026, you can submit a manual withdrawal request using the withdrawal request form and we'll process it for you.
- To help us process your request as quickly as possible, we'll return the withdrawal to the payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible.
YOUR OPEN BETS
- Any open bets will continue to be settled as normal until 10 July 2026.
- After 10 July 2026, any bets that remain unsettled will be voided and the stake shall be refunded to your account.
