From 13 July 2026, customers who live in Alberta will no longer be able to use our products and services.
Until then, you'll still be able to log in to your account and manage your balance as usual.
WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO MY BALANCE / HOW CAN I WITHDRAW MY BALANCE?
You can continue to log in to your account and withdraw your funds until 13 July 2026. After this date, you won't be able to access your account using your existing login details.
If you still have funds remaining in your account, please contact our Customer Service Team, who'll help you withdraw your balance.
To help us process your request as quickly as possible, your withdrawal should be returned to the payment method you used to make your most recent deposit.
WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO MY OPEN BETS?
Any open bets will continue to be settled as normal until 5 July 2026.
From 6 July 2026, any unsettled bets will be voided and the stake will be refunded to your account.
