How long will it take for my bet(s) to be settled?

We try to settle bets as soon as the event is concluded, this is usually within a minute.
However, as we also strive for high quality we don’t want to settle bets incorrectly.
Therefore a small interval between settlement and payout can be normal (around 15 seconds for live betting).
We also do not settle a bet until we have a verifiable official result.
Worst case scenario is that some type of uncertainty requires official verification, and that could take up to an hour.
If you feel that your bet should have been settled already but is still pending, please don’t hesitate to contact support.
