Once a bet has been selected and confirmed by a player, this would normally be accepted and confirmed by both our website and the trading team working for our sportsbook provider.
However should this not be the case then there could be several possible reasons why the bet was not registered.
The vast majority of the time, this would be caused either by a drop in connection between the player’s device and our website, or else it could be that due to what is known as a “Cache & Cookie” issue affecting the player’s web browser, the request that is sent would be corrupted.
To avoid such an occurrence we always encourage our players to ensure that they are playing over a stable internet connection, to always ensure that they are using the latest version of Google Chrome – as this is the most stable web browser available – and to regularly clear the cache and cookies on the web browser of choice.
In some other instances, bets would not be registered because between the moment a bet is placed and sent to us for confirmation, the odds would have been updated or else the market would have been modified. In such cases, we would encourage our players to try finding and placing the same bet again.
