I got an email saying my withdrawal was cancelled?
When a request is made to withdraw funds from your account, there may be times when further action is required before this can be approved.
Reasons for this can include verification checks being required, or the withdrawal needing to be requested to another payment method.
When this occurs, we will always email you to let you know what we need you to do, so make sure to check your spam/junk folder in case we have tried to contact you.
Withdraw requests will automatically cancel if they have been unable to be approved within 14 days.
