What is iDIN?
iDIN is a service offered by banks that allows customers to use their bank’s secure and reliable login methods.

How do you age verify with iDIN?
- You can log in securely, identify yourself, and confirm your age at Mr Green by simply registering through iDIN flow.
- After filling in your personal details, you are asked to log in with your bank. This is the iDIN step, which will verify your identity and age.
- It is you who instructs your bank to provide the data needed to identify you at Mr Green.
- As an example, your bank may ask you to confirm you wish to provide your name, home address, and age for Mr Green.
Why do you need to age verify your account?
- In order for Mr Green to be able to guarantee as high security as possible online, we have to verify your identity as a player.
- We want to ensure that we do everything in our power to prevent children under the legal age of 18 from using our site as well as limiting fraudulent activity as much as possible.
- For that, we need your help by asking you to verify your identity with easy and secure verification through iDIN registration.
Do you need to verify anything after age verifying?
- Once you have verified your account with iDIN registration, we do not need to verify your age anymore.
- However, as per Know Your Customer verification process, we need to verify your identity and address.

What errors may I encounter?
1. When details are incorrect, or an account is already existing, an error message will be displayed. In order to resolve this:
- Double-check all details one more time.
- Double-check that all of the details in your bank match the details you're trying to register on the site.
- If 100% certain, that the details are correct, please contact our customer service team, as an account may already exist.
2. When returning from a bank page to the Mr Green registration flow, an error message will be displayed. In order to resolve this:
- If this error occurs, click on "Try again", once clicked you should be able to resume registration.
- If this does not work, please close the page, refresh and start the registration process again.
- If you continue to experience a problem then please contact our customer service team.
I have managed to complete all steps, but I'm getting kicked out of my account and I'm no longer able to log in - what can I do?
- In such cases, you will be presented with an error simply advising you to contact support.
- The Error might occur when mismatching details were detected upon account registration.
In order to resolve this:
- Contact our customer service team, explain what has happened, and provide the identifying details.
