What happens is that your deposited funds might be held in a pre-authorized state, this could mean they are just delayed and will appear in your account in a few minutes or else they may bounce back to the payment provider.
This issue usually resolves itself within 24 hours, if it has not then please contact our customer support staff with your bank statement showing that the money left your account but had not returned to either your Mr Green account or bank account and we will investigate and sort this issue for you
