When a game has been postponed, meaning that the game hasn't started yet, the following rules are in place:
- When a game has been cancelled and not played within 3 days from the orginal start date and time, your bet will also be cancelled and your stake returned to your account.
- When a game has been cancelled, but played within 3 days from the original start date and time, your bet will stand.
When a game has been abandoned, meaning that the match started already, the following rules are in place:
- When the event that you bet on happened already, the bet will be settled according to the official result.
- Otherwise the bet will stand if there is an official result within 36 hours. If not, the bet will be cancelled.
Please note that these are the general rules. For some sports, specific rules are in place. More information regarding this is to be found in our Sportsbook T&C. (link this to SB T&C).
If the cancelled game is part of an accumulator bet involving multiple games, the cancelled match will be voided, leaving the remaining selections to stand as the final bet, but with updated/recalculated odds. If you were unlucky and all games on the betslip were cancelled, your stake will be refunded in full.
