At Mr Green, we look at gaming as the ultimate in entertainment experience, something to enjoy and excite. Playing with us should always be a positive experience such as watching your favourite TV series, dancing to your favourite music or painting that perfect masterpiece.
If you feel as though you are no longer enjoying playing with us, or that you are ending up frustrated, anxious or even depressed then it sounds like it may be time to take a break from playing and assess if your current level of play is right for you.
We have two types of closes available for you to select from whilst you are logged in to your account, or else you are able to contact our customer support for help in closing your account:
1) Take a break
Using our ‘Take a break’ feature on site will ensure the temporary closure of your Mr Green account for a selected time period of your choosing. During this break, you will not be able to login into your Mr Green account, nor will you be able to reopen the account earlier than the time frame you selected allowing you time to truly consider your playing behaviour.
The ‘Take a break’ option allows you to take a break for 1, 7 or 30 days. After your break period has passed your account will automatically reopen upon attempted login.
2) Self Exclusion
If you are finding that your gameplay is having a negative effect on you personally, your situation or those around you, you are able to close your account under our ‘Self-Exclusion’ feature. This feature is available to players on-site and can also be activated by contacting our customer support services directly.If you choose to self-exclude, you will not be allowed access to your account before your chosen, set time period has passed and you will no longer receive any marketing material from us at Mr Green. Should you wish to re-open your account after the time period has passed, you will be required to contact our customer support services and go through a consideration period before the account will be re-opened to use again.
We offer the following self-exclusion time frames:
- 6 months
- 1 year
- 3 years
- 5 years
- Indefinitely (minimum of 6 months)
Should you contact our customer support services in order to self-exclude your account, we will also provide you with recommended companies that may help, should you wish to talk through your gameplay behaviors and habits.
