If you requested a withdrawal with incorrect details, to a closed method (e-wallet, bank account) or simply just forgot to enter some details such as SWIFT/BIC - don't worry!
Your transaction will fail within couple of days, depending on the payment provider you have used. For example, with Bank Transfers this might take up to 3-5 working days.
Please bear in mind, that the information of failed transaction is not instantly forwarded to Mr Green, and therefore returning your funds to your gaming account can take up to 5 working days. As long as Mr Green has not received a confirmation for transaction being failed, there is nothing more to do than wait.
Once the transaction has failed and your funds returned to your Mr Green account, you can request a withdrawal again with correct details.
Should your withdrawal fail but the funds do not return to your Mr Green account within 5 working days, kindly contact our friendly customer support team, who will help you investigate what happened to your transaction.
