First of all, please be assured there is no need to worry!
If the funds have left your account, it is likely that they are being held in a pre-authorized state.
This means your bank are still processing the request, and we have not yet received the funds.
Unfortunately, we are not able to effect this delay however within 24 hours you should see the funds either credit your player account, or revert back to the method you used to request the deposit.
As soon as we receive the funds, they will be applied to your account.
If you do not see the funds credit after 24 hours, please reach out to us and we will investigate further for you.
