When you contact our customer support team there may be occasions when we need you to send us a screenshot to help us answer your question. Although taking a screenshot is different depending on the device you’re using the process is easy to do.

IOS (iPhone)

Press the Side Button and the Volume Up button at the same time.
How to take a screenshot on iPhone models with Touch ID and Side button
Press the Side button and the Home button at the same time.
How to take a screenshot on iPhone models with Touch ID and Top button
Press the Top button and the Home button at the same time.
Android (Mobile)
Android phones vary greatly in their design, however usually to take a screenshot you do the following - Press and hold the Power and Volume Down keys simultaneously until the screen flashes indicating screenshot captured.
Windows (PC)
Here’s a breakdown of the different screen capture commands:
Fn + Print Screen (PrtScn) – Captures the entire screen.
Alt + Print Screen – Captures a single window.
Win + Print Screen – Captures the entire screen.
Win + Shift + S – Capture a screenshot using the built-in Snip & Sketch tool.
If you're using a PC you can also use a program called Snipping Tool. If you search for it using the magnifying glass or typing it in the search bar you will find it. Snipping Tool allows you to take a snippet (screenshot) of your desktop. Once you have this you can save the file as a JPEG and send it through to us.
OS X (Mac)
How to take a screenshot on your Mac
- Press and hold these three keys together: Shift, Command, and 3.
- If you see a thumbnail in the corner of your screen, click it to edit the screenshot. Or wait for the screenshot to save to your desktop.
How to capture a portion of the screen
- Press and hold these three keys together: Shift, Command, and 4.
- Drag the crosshair to select the area of the screen to capture. To move the selection, press and hold Space bar while dragging.
Once you have your screenshot, simply upload it through the chat using the options in the chat window.
